Proximity or RFID cards, are used for physical access control (door locks). These same identification cards or employee cards can be used to gain access to your local network. The KSI-1456 VDR and the KSI-1457 GKB are integrated keyboards featuring built-in silicon fingerprint sensors from UPEK. The keyboards connect to the host via USB and feature one downstream USB port for additional input devices.
